I founded Eyes 4 Positivity CIC as I understand and know first‑hand what it means to see the world differently — living with sight loss often shows how the world fails to meet the needs of people living with the condition.
My whole life has taught me: **lived experience is the strongest force for real change**. I don’t just talk about barriers — I’ve walked through them myself. I started this work because I saw too many people like me overlooked, underestimated, or left behind — whether in work, learning, public spaces, or everyday life.
Everything I do comes straight from that personal journey — navigating my own vision challenges, grief, health struggles, and unfair systems. My passion is simple: to turn what I’ve lived into support, voice, and opportunity for others.
I believe no‑one should have to fight alone to be seen, heard, or included. My mission:
- To make sight‑loss accessibility understood, respected, and built‑in — not added‑on
- To help people build confidence, skills, and fair chances
- To push for “Nothing About Us Without Us” — so disabled people lead the changes that shape their lives
- To prove that vision difference is not weakness — it’s a unique way to lead, create, and transform
My work is rooted in my own truth — and my promise: to walk beside you, because I already know the road.

I am an experienced digital and eCommerce professional with a passion for driving growth through customer-focused strategy, innovation, and collaboration. Throughout my career, I have led digital transformation and growth initiatives across international brands and diverse sectors, helping organisations enhance customer experiences, deliver commercial success, and embrace new opportunities in an ever-evolving digital landscape.
What has always motivated me most, however, is people. I am passionate about building strong relationships, supporting others to reach their potential, and creating environments where everyone feels valued, empowered, and able to thrive. I believe that lasting success comes from fostering a culture of positivity, continuous learning, and shared purpose.
Joining Eyes 4 Positivity as a Non-Executive Board Member is both a privilege and a responsibility that I am incredibly proud to undertake. The organisation's mission to inspire positivity, build confidence, and help people recognise their potential strongly aligns with my own values. I look forward to contributing my experience while supporting the team in creating meaningful impact and helping more people thrive in both their personal and professional lives.
