Booking Terms & Condition

Booking Terms & Conditions (UK)


These Booking Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Eye 4 Positivity. By making a booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.


1. About Us


Eye 4 Positivity provides services by appointment only. Full details of services and prices are made available at the time of booking.


2. Making a Booking


2.1. A booking is considered confirmed once payment (full or deposit, where applicable) has been successfully received.


2.2. All prices are stated in pounds sterling (£) unless otherwise specified.


2.3. Eye 4 Positivity reserves the right to decline or cancel a booking where necessary. In such cases, any payment made will be refunded in full in accordance with our refund policy.


3. Your Right to Cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations)


3.1. Where services are booked at a distance (for example, online or by email), you may have a 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.


3.2. If your appointment is scheduled to take place within the 14-day cooling-off period, you expressly agree that:


The service may begin during this period, and

Once the service has been fully delivered, you will lose your right to cancel and receive a refund.


3.3. Where a service has been partially delivered within the cooling-off period at your request, you may be required to pay a proportionate amount for the service already provided.


4. Cancellations & Rescheduling by You


4.1. You may cancel or reschedule your appointment free of charge by giving at least 24 hours’ notice before the scheduled start time.


4.2. Cancellations made with 24 hours’ notice or more will be offered:


A full refund, or

A rescheduled appointment at no additional cost.


4.3. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are considered late cancellations and are not eligible for a refund under our cancellation policy. This charge reflects the genuine loss incurred, including reserved time that cannot reasonably be reallocated.


4.4. Any discretionary rescheduling for late cancellations is not guaranteed and does not override this policy.


5. No-Show Policy


5.1. A no-show occurs when you fail to attend a booked appointment without providing prior notice.


5.2. No-shows are not entitled to a refund, credit, or rescheduled appointment.


5.3. This policy is fair and proportionate under UK consumer law as the appointment time is reserved exclusively for you and cannot be reused at short notice.


5.4. Repeated no-shows may result in future bookings being refused.


6. Late Arrivals


6.1. Please arrive on time for your appointment.


6.2. If you arrive late:


Your session may be shortened to avoid disruption to other clients.

The full fee remains payable.


6.3. Late arrivals do not qualify for refunds or partial refunds.


7. Refund Policy (Fairness & Transparency)


7.1. Refunds are issued strictly in accordance with these Booking Terms & Conditions.


7.2. Refunds will not be issued for:


Late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice)

No-shows

Services that have already been provided.


7.3. Where Eye 4 Positivity cancels your appointment, you will be offered:


A full refund, or

A rescheduled appointment at no additional cost.


7.4. Refunds are processed using the original payment method and may take several working days to appear, depending on your payment provider.


8. Our Responsibility to You


8.1. Eye 4 Positivity will provide services with reasonable care and skill, in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.


8.2. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights under UK consumer law.


9. Changes to These Terms


9.1. Eye 4 Positivity may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.


9.2. The version in force at the time you make your booking will apply.

If you have any questions about bookings, cancellations, or our refund policy, please contact Eye 4 Positivity before making a booking.


✔ Plain-English Summary


24+ hours’ notice → refund or reschedule

Less than 24 hours’ notice → no refund

No-show → no refund, no reschedule

Your UK consumer rights are not affected.
